While I am proud of the impact I've made, I believe that showcasing results is more important than sharing names. By not listing my clients publicly, and using Canva's AI tool to generate images, I can ensure my Client's privacy and uphold the discretion that is often critical in my work. A complex set of circumstances created a safety risk to staff in one of the Fleet Assets. I organized and led stakeholders from several business units to confirm the drivers of the risk, and devise maintenance and reporting processes to remove risk.

The Client’s business restructure and sale required asset transfer to a new entity which had stalled. I designed and delivered a rescue plan to reignite the transfer activities, improving performance by a factor of three within two months.

The Client is missing transaction opportunities due to misaligned decision making criteria and a lack of strategic clarity. The commission requires influence and coaching.

   Project Objective: Transition Fleet Manager without service disruption

The Client has elected to transition outsourced fleet management providers and requires control and predictability to ensure no service disruption is experienced in the management of 7,500 vehicles.
