LLeaner Consulting is a boutique project consulting firm operating on Gadigal land (Sydney, NSW). We provide project and program strategy, initiation and rescue services within the built environment.

We assist our Clients with their immediate project / program challenges as well as strengthening their existing teams. LLeaner is an anagram of the founder's name - but it also speaks to our passion for avoiding circumlocutory reports and meetings focusing instead on efficient, client centred solutions.

Governance & Strategy

Establishment of governance and quality assurance regimes that suit your business and your team. Including PMO establishment, maturity assessments, reporting tools and templates, project tranche delineation. 

Project Rescue

Rapid assessment of underperforming projects or project teams and implementation of a rescue plan. Including stabilisation recommendations, recovery plans, training and mentoring of the team to successful project delivery. 

Project Delivery

Full lifecycle project or program delivery. Where an experienced, focused project lead is required to deliver critical projects.
